You thought it was over with yesterday huh?

I'll probably keep going all week. This is a once in a... well eh, twice in a li... hmm, twice in a year opportunity, and then some. Have another great one.

Think of all the things you would miss if Google wasn't out there subliminally informing us about them? Things like Heinrich Hertz 155th birthday for example, which is today. For those who don't know, Hertz is a radio frequency. So Happy Birthday Hertz! Wherever you be.

Oh yeah, it's that time of the year again! Last year I picked up a picture through Wikipedia, but this year it's the real deal! This time it's all real! At least that's how I planned it, but before I knew it the semla was gone. I'd apparently eaten it. Here's last years picture instead. :)

I spent a long time this morning searching for some way to automatically post content from a WP based blog to Google+. Turns out there is currently no way to do this, the Google+ API is read-only and allows you to fetch data but not post it, so you can autopost content from Google+ to WP, but not the other way around. I'm not the first one to hope for a write-access addition to the API, so hopefully Google is taking all this critique in and will post an update before too long.

Once they do I'll be able to syndicate everything I post through Google+ through various other social communities, FaceBook, Twitter, Other nameless locations on the Interweb. I suppose the logical next step is a NewGrounds API so I can autopost blogs there too? :) They say duplicate content greatly deboosts SEO results, but I suppose that doesn't matter if the visitors stream in anyway! On a sidenote, anybody know of a workaround I'm unaware of? Do share.

Today everything is melting! The whole world of winter id withering away right before my weary eyes. I was fortunate to plan in a long 20km walk on Friday before the weather turned for worse though, the snow still coated the ground, yet the sun was blazing and the wind was still. The warmth was amazing. I walked maybe a forth of the way with just a t-shirt on and sleeves rolled up as high as they would go. Felt like a short preview of summer. I met up with a cousin of mine halfway through, walked until the sun sank down and thick fog rolled in.

Otherwise I've spent the weekend playing Pokemon & Minigolf, first solo second multiplayer, and now it's time for studies soon due. Thought I had a fullday headache yesterday but I managed to evade it, ate fresh baked bread for breakfast lunch and dinner. :) Today a good day to sit inside, even though it's Sunday, the world is like a shallow Slushie right now, but a tasteless one. Did this sound run-on? You better read it write. Have a better weekend!

Woke up. Shock. Snow glazed the window. Snow piled high by the roadside. Snow drifted thick on the walkway. Snow coated the ground like two hundred cubic squares of forgotten cotton.

Took a morning walk as a human snow shovel, plowed through the snow at a steady pace, came home soaked as if I had jumped in a swimming pool. Drank some warm chocolate. Changed clothes. Who needs gym when there's winter? Who needs sun when there's snow? Who needs... yeah, you get the pointy point. More like fuzzy as the clouds seeem. Today is great. :)
