Linkthrough #1, Jan, 30, 2009 ==================================== I used to have blog updates each time I added or changed the links page earlier, now with the blogs gone from cyberDB (you can reach the old ones at cyberd.org/blogs) I'll be creating simple logs each time I add or change something. I'll include some news regarding the websites listed as well, how they've changed, or dissapeared, or other. Hope these semiautomatic updates come in handy, cheers to the new year peers! ;) - CyberDevil ==================================== gen 62 - Daydreamer (already featured in other section), - Double Agent (already featured in other section), - The Back Alleys, + Zero Dollar Homepage, + Anime 4F (notes: move Deviant Art & Sheezy Art to artistries ) - Anime Yume is still, after a year in the "being updated" not fully updated yet! I wish they'de come back soon, they were one of the largest and greatest resources online, this lack of planning must be costing them many many large fractions of their former visitors . . . - Box Torrents has yet another new layout, as is customed for them each year, the site just keeps evolving to newer levels of beuty and quality content. Downloads are faster than ever as well. - Dattebayo has stopped fansubbing Naruto, since the show will now be offered subbed and streamed over at crunchyroll for small fees. Also, their troll release of the episode they said they were never going to release, featuring a completely different series, recieved more downloads than any of their episodes so far! Haha, and ha, ha, I downloaded it too . . . - Found Myself has been updated to level 2!½ - My Art Host migrated to a new server. - ZelloMesh hasn't changed in a year now! And I'm still mad at them for deleting my first 150 audio submissions despite me not having broken any of their ToS. Wonder why they're still in my list . . . - The Back Alleys dissapeared - Anime 4F is a site I used to watch my way through the entire Avatar saga, quality provided is a bit crappy, but it was an enormous amount of episodes stored, some of them not available in other format than online streams. peo 25 - Fredric, + Bob, + Millan, + BG, + Jason Mayfield - Sega Pappan, as Fredric titles himself, is out of my listing. I don't know him, I can't relate to what he writes (even though he is great at writing), so, hmm, yeah. - And did you know the Vatican have their own channel at Youtube? I didn't, would bookmark it, but I really don't share their religios beliefes, so I'll just leave it as a short notage here. - The people I know I have followed in real life (which is good, since their websites haven't been updated much at all the past year, and the updates that have occured I have been in charge of), and my buddies and idols online have posted more than I can keep track of, still interesting viewing their blogs and bulletins from time to time when I have time. - Jason Mayfield is a guy who makes list, gigantic lists, featuring links to websites and specifically online services that are actually GOOD. Holy hell it must take weeks to digg up all those adresses . . . - Best of all news though, is that my entire family is online now, thanks to my christmas present ( axell.be ). ;) res 134 - Internet Film > Spike, - FLURL, - Kloofy, - phpBB It, - Meganova, Torrentz.com > Torrentz.eu, - Torrent Valley, - CyberDB Smiles (move), + Icon Drawer, + Google Code (notes: #scripts link change) - PB Wiki goes down, resurfaces as a brand new service! This time though, it's commercial - Meganova has dissapeared, Mininova shines brighter than ever before, there free content distribution system, if it wasn't digital, would have by now given out a line of compact discs 40 kilometers long! And one of the artists featured has, thanks to this revolutionary outlet, been nominated for awards. On January 14th Mininovas birthday took place, so Happy Birthday Mininova! - The Pirate Bay's trial has, with over a year now at rest, not had it's trial been put to case or their mound of servers returned to them, still they keep breaking records and are as active as ever both online and outside in the real world promiting filesharing. - The Wormhole, a large archived website, still hasn't fixed their filesystem! What will happen with this formerly treasured level resource?! - System Crasher is entering a higher state of being, their new design and function is 75% complete. - CyberDB Smile, one of our own both bookmarked and commented listing, was left not uploaded for a few months! How shameful, it is now fully working, and will provide you with thousands of smilies for various webrelated needs. - phpBB it is gone! Vanished! And we don't even know where it went! - Internet Film has changed it's name to Spike. The new name comes with a new design and much more new content, a community previously connecting with New Grounds has (probably that's to them) grown out of it's old home and is prospering now more than ever before! - The Valley of Torrents has sunken down into the grasp of the unjust justice system - The famous Torrent Index Torrent.com has, probably due to the lack of commercialism it contains, swapped domains to EU, a nation it also resides in. - Smartor made a new layout for his resource, site, looks groovy I tell you. - And all the resources listed seem to just keep growing! May they all prosper for years to come! ser 60 - The Blog, - E2U IMG, + Blocket (notes: Yaho(o), Zazzl(e), #torrents change, writing language changes) - Two services gone, otherwise not much going on. web 137 - OS CMS (double), - Stealth Designz (double), - App Web, - Freeate, - Freehostguy, - Freeweb 7, - HelioHost (notes: xnam(e), -freedomain from biz.vi, cyber-junkie.com > yeehee.com, serverplac(e), Easy DNS to DNS, Ho(-s)tscripts, New to Domains PAID, Yaa! Hosting to Hosting FREE), Host (^s)earchr, Webhosting Talk to Forums, Hosting Forum to Forums, Pow We(b) ) - Sclek Hosting has been bought by Accurate Hub networks! A site that does seem nice and reliable, will let a year or two pass before adding it to the list though. - Five FREE webhosting services listed, and in truth many many more unlisted ones, have once again dissapeared to bad finace or planning. ent 148 - Cublo Games, - Dump a Link, - Link Lump, - Ezprezzo, - UGoto, + Wall of Game, + GTA Mods (notes: CyberDB (LinkDump), new CyberDB jokes descr, Meta Cafe img link, Zero Dollar Homepage to General (experimental) ) - Holy heaven, I can't believe how many webcomics I have in the list, they're all online, and they're all great reads too, and I even added a few. O_o - Crapville v2, just over the Horizon! - Ban this is back! Finally! And even better than it was before, after over an entire year of varied under construction messages.
