Getting Foreign Email Accounts Easy
I was a bit annoyed to see that upon trying to create a live.com email I could only get a live.se, no matter which domain I tried signing up through. I managed to get the email I wanted by using a proxy, selecting US as my country and confirming this through a fake zip. To get yourself an email account with live.ext of choice the steps are easy, or hard, depending on which country you want.
1. Find a proxy originating in the country you want. If you want the .es domain, you'll need to find a Spanish proxy, hosted in Spain, which can be pretty hard considering even foreign sites are mostly hosted on American server ground.
2. Go to live.com. The choice of email addresses will be limited to that country only, some countries have one or two extra domains to chose from, lucky you.
3. Don't forget to select the right country from the dropdown or you won't get through the registration process, you'll need to enter a valid zip code as well. This is easy to find, just Google 'area zip', where area is the state you are registering as. It doesn't need to be your zip code, it just needs to be in the right place.
4. That's all.
The above is a great way of getting the international extension if you live outside the US, among other things ...
I was thinking of signing up for twenty emails in different countries, because, ehh ... well that lack of reason is why I didn't. Would have been fun though. :P
