Here's A Post
Here it is.
Here it is.
It is yeah, but what a great day. I'm sitting by the computer with a leftover piece of cake and a white winterland outside the window. Clouds pulling over so I guess there will be snow, flakes falling coolly down on a blanket of soft frost. It's Sunday. Time to play some Pokemon.
12C in the room, for a change. And I've slept great, for a change, despite staying late testing fate with my brand new slimegreen NDS. It's -17C outside btw, nothing in comparison to the northern norths, but still, it feels damn cold. I'm on my way to a birthday party though; I know it'll be warmer in their house. ;) Later.
Now that the Nintendo 3DS is out, prices on the old models are dropping like birds out of the skies. What better opportunity to buy one if you haven't already bought one? I hadn't, so I bought one. It got delivered today along with three games and I've spent a few hours trying them all out, along with my new console. It's slimegreen, just like above.
I woke up, and guess what, it was 11,5C again! In my room. Outside it's probably around -11,5. What a coincidence, huh? Like I said, it must be working bad, this thermometer.
Feels like the house is getting colder and colder for each day that our heaters off to save electricity experiment goes on. The price for electricity has tripled here in Sweden during the current winter streak. As soon as the cold sweeps in over Stockholm I guess the energy need rises along with the prices. The house we live in isn't built for this kind of a cold. Bad isolation. Resource-heavy direct electric heaters. Hmm. Good thing the warm water showering system is still intact. I should probably take one and defrost my fingers.
Damn it's cold. I woke up earlier than I would have liked to and had to pull the covers up really high to keep my nose from falling off. I even pulled up a second layer of covers from the floor to warm up some more. I even fetched a blanket from another room to really stop shivering (actually I had assistance, I didn't want to leave the bed). The alarm clock with a built-in thermometer showed 11,5C... but it must be malfunctioning. It was definitely colder than that. I'm all heated up now and ready for the new day though. :)
Good morning Internet!
