Trip To Awland
I just got back from a 2 day cruise to Awland and back with my buddy Bjorn! It's an awesome place in Finland, spelled Åland in Swedish (pronounced Awland in English). In comparison to all the other Awland cruises this one was a bit different. Due to technical trouble we didn't get to go to Awland, we were stuck at the docks in 2 days instead! They announced that there would still be food and entertainment, and anyone who wanted to leave would get their money back. Since we were already there, we decided to stay and have a nice day... and night! :P
After all, this was a once in a lifetime opportunity! :D I don't think I'll be able to do anything like it again, if they still have technical problems with the ship next weekend, I might be able to take part in 2 once in a lifetime experiences! lol... well, it was worth staying. :P There was an arcade, in which I spent about 300 SEK. There was food, of which I ate enough for this entire week. There was even a shower with unlimited* warm water, in which I showered for a minimum of 2 hours. At home we have a limited supply of warm water, and it always runs out during my long showering times, so I had to make good use of the ships great resources.
I haven't slept more than about 8 hours in the past 2 days, so I skipped my first 3 hour lesson today to get some rest, and finished writing this post that I was too lazy to finish yesterday, lol...
On other notice. I have been testing the 'automatic content submission system' during this time, which I will be using this summer (and on all vacations until and after that), to solve the earlier problem of not being able to add anything to my site for over 2 months. So the upcoming summer I'll be able to enjoy myself with no reserve or having to worry about my lonely site left alone with no updates for news. It seems to be working too, which is great. :D Only problem with it during the summer is that I'll have to post content for 2 months in advance, wich would be 18 flash submissions... at least 500 library texts... maybe 2 music albums and a new loop collection... 30 gallery submissions... a couple of new scripts and at least 10 news posts. o_O
* I calculated, considering the amount of passengers and average showering time per passenger that the water should last for at least 40,000 hours in total. (researched by Bjorn Larsson)
