Finally, midnight is blasted away! How so?

Erza has figured out two weaknesses in his magic:

• It cannot distort the actual human body. So physical attacks do damage.
• It cannot focus on two different areas at the same time. So he can't defend and attack.

Midnight resorts to Illusions, but they don't work on Erza. Her closed eye when she defeats him makes us remember that the same eye that saved her from being petrified in the Battle of Fairy Tail earlier now works in her favor once more. All thanks to Gerard's previous evil, ironically. ;) So Midnight goes down!

At the other location Natsu & Co are fighting the staff, but then...

Brain sealed a second personality away, one that loves destruction and chaos, through six keys known as the Oracion Seis. Now that all have been defeated, the seal is removed and Zero (his second personality) wakes. A powerful foe appears.

Gray's shield crumbles like nothing. Everybody goes down yet again.

Zero kills the staff. All he wants is destruction. Next episode!
