I found a previously unseen Kung Fu Panda movie! Albeit a bit shorter than the big three.
Kung Fu Panda (I mean Po) is prepping for Christmas, with his father goose by his side - who has a noodle dream that turns into a nightmare when Poe runs away and leaves him standing there... but then they start preparing for their great traditional feast... until Sifu comes in and asks Po to host the 'great exclusive formal banquet for all the Masters of Kung Fu'.
Of course Po wants to do nothing else! But he can't bring his dad, his dad doesn't want to abandon the shop when he finally does find a way to bring him in, a little rabbit is dishonored because of his clumsy demenour and shamed for all eternity and - if you didn't already guess it, everything does not go the way he wants it to.
But it all works out... or does it? Watch it and find out! Sifu's portrayed in a bit of a bad light, but otherwise it's a fun short; a fun and uplifting little Christmas movie true to the Kung Fu Panda-style (with some of that cutscene/flashback-style-style in the intro/outro). It also really really bests the animation quality of the Legends of Awesomeness TV show made with this franchise name just a few years later (best avoid)...
If it happens to be Christmas when you read this: it would be just the right time for a Kung Fu Panda Holiday. It offers a few clues for coming sequels, too. As a non-canon short it ties in surprisingly nicely.
