Webhosting

Without webhosts there would be no CyberD! Yet without CyberD, there might be a host less in this list, yet this list wouldn't even exist without CyberD. If you need a host, this list should be of use. Hosts or services with stars are ones I've used myself.

Free Hosting

Signing up with a new free host is always a gamble, most aren't econimically sustainable in the long run and a great deal don't last very long. The ones that have been around for a while are usually more reliable. If your site isn't very important the price probably outweighs the risk, just remember to make regular backups!

Paid Hosting

Paid hosts offer a better service, there's just one downside. They're not free. ;)

Email Hosting

Most hosts above also offer email hosting. These sites offer only email hosting.

DNS Services

DNS services mostly link domains to IP addresses, some provide free domains or IPs.

Domain Names

What would a site be without a domain? Just an IP.

Seedboxes

A seedbox is the term for when users of the torrent community use a dedicated server or VPS to increase their upload on trackers. A seedbox normally has a very fast connection (anywhere between 10Mb/s to 1000Mb/s) and is accessed remotely by the user. They can be rented on a month by month or yearly basis. The fast speed allows for users to achieve high ratios on torrents very easily, thus increasing their upload to the tracker.
