All verses done during my sixth musical/lyrical October challenge, 2024! One for each day of the month, written and recorded.

I had some ongoing health issues this year, and don't feel like I managed quite as well as usual - but did manage to do all! How do I stay fit and hellabent and youthful? Age is cruel no. Till next year though, I shall with a vengeance jump back and resume this crude prose...

Though don't mind my constant current lack-of-sleep fueled self-critique, some of these are still hella deep... and dope. Even managed some extras along the way. :) Collabed with a bundle of good peeps this year too, not least with @larrynachos, who joined me for the challenge and managed the full month also!
