Pacman The Movie

You have probably all played the game, right? A movie has now been announced in 2007 featuring the infamous round yellow arcade character. I've been looking forward to movies of Max Payne, Doom and Silent Hill... but this?

I am really interested in how this will turn out though. No information has been given except the name, but it has been announced. Search IMDB for it and you'll see the so far blank movie page. Nice day!

The Arrival of Spring

The sunshine shines
Over my life in wavy lines
Shadows beside
The brink of daylight

Flowers rise up
From dust and grey dirt
Snow melts and flows
Through rivers of earth

Butterflies fly
In blue moonlit sky
A sunset beside
The swirling mist of time

Green leaves on trees
Green grass on ash
The warmth spreads
With the summers first laugh.

My DeathSpace

Only three things are certain in life. MySpace, Taxes, and Death.

If you have a MySpace account and you die, this is where you will end up.

MyDeathSpace.com memorializes deceased MySpace users and picks up where a regular obituary leaves off.

Spam? Finally!

Well... really, it's not something to look forward to, but spam is a sign that sites are growing... or that there isn't enough security... and I prefer the first option. ;) Anyhow, a bunch of casino poker comments arrived today and I decided to add some anti-spam plugins, so no more spam, k, lol...

Great Game Buy

I found Return to Castle Wolfenstein in a game shop yesterday, for a price of almost nothing at all! There was a minor thing missing in the game, a CD Key, which would for a lot of people be truly fatal and they wouldn't be able to play the game. Luckily I know it's not hard to find a CD Key on the Internet, so I am now fully enjoying the great game I bought for the price of a piece of plain paper.

I watched a program on TV where some smart researchers were taking about the positive effects that file sharing has on society, such as people buying more music and discovering otherwise completely unknown artists. A pretty late discovery, since the news has been up on PiratByrÄn's site in a few years now. I guess for people who don't share files to discover the positive effects it has on society is like climbing the Himalayas after eating 800 grams of potato chips and drinking 4 big bottles of Mirinda every day in 4 weeks without moving 3 centimeters from the couch.

Bleach Licensed

Bleach has been licensed! This is incredibly bad news, as it means we will soon be seeing a dubbed version of Bleach... and usually dubbed animes are bad. However there are exceptions and I hope this will be one of them. Also, many fan-subbing groups will probably stop subbing it to not get in any legal trouble. The great people from Dattebayo, seeing as they still sub Naruto even though it is licensed, will probably keep going.

Viz Media has informed us that they have "secured from worldwide licensees, TV Tokyo Corporation and Shueisha Inc., the television, home video and merchandising rights to Shonen Jump's Bleach in the Americas, Europe and Oceania."

Viz is the Bleach master licensor and expects to announce television broadcast and other licensing partners "shortly." John Easum, executive vice president of Viz Media, stated, "Working together with Viz Media B.V. in Europe, we look forward to making Bleach a global success.

No specifics about the home video release are available yet.
