I had a band
A band I made
It's name was mighty
It's name was Slade

All around the world
We payed and played
We rocked the places
For days and daises

This is a tribute
This is a wish
To the greatest band
That has ever existed

Oh how we missed it
When it was gone
But the memories of Slade
Will forever, live on
