I did not know today was such a day! But since it is, do something! Did you know the NSA:

  • has secretly broken into the main communications links that connect Yahoo and Google data centers around the world. - NY Times
  • ...is harvesting hundreds of millions of contact lists from personal e-mail and instant messaging accounts around the world. - Washington Post
  • ...is gathering nearly 5 billion records a day on the whereabouts of cellphones around the world. - Washington Post

You might be thinking that since you don't live in the US (assuming you don't), then you have nothing to worry about, but that's like saying that if some suicidal maniac is building a nuke in their basement, that's their problem. We need to fight to preserve our freedom of speech if we still want it! Here's that link again.
