Did they just destroy the pyramids?!

Not just one but the whole bundle! Monuments of prior times. Landmarks impossible to replace. Though since the Titans are now living monuments of that prior age I guess it's not all that grievable, or strange...

The black guy adds some unnecessary comedy I feel. Acting a bitch.
He doesn't contribute neither to the sense of adventure nor the character bonds and development. He feels a bit superfluous, like he's here just to come with unnecessary remarks more so than contribute.

Though I must admit he grows on me as the movie goes on.

Maybe the scripting gets better.

The little tribe girl shows what seems like just the one reaction no matter the circumstance too, a face that's a multitude of different emotions; with a depth you might categorize as 'mystic' or 'old beyond her age'. Yet never the one emotion befitting any one scene, so why do they always zoom in on her face like they do?

And the special effects!

I'm not sure why they do that obscuring thing all the time, as if they're not attempting to make it seem they film with real cameras, and get the best possible shots always.

Especially when they actually can.

With traditional filming you try to avoid getting anything on a camera lens that'd prevent you from seeing what they're trying to film. So why would we want said dirt when it's not real, but made to LOOK real?

To me, this practice just screams either laziness or budgetary restrictions. There's nothing appealing about it. It's fake.

Though that said the details are definitely better than they were in the previous one! Splashes and overall blur still occurs, but the fights are hella pompous, and the new world hella cool too.

It's a heartfelt tale as well, and ultimately I wish I'd watched this one at the movies, cause it really was GOOD when it was good. With the final scenes.

I may bitch about that and this but overall this was way better than I thought it would be.

Better than the prequel for sure.
