Sworn To Justice (1996)

Without Cynthia Rothrock I probably would've never watched this movie.

It's not a particularly good movie. She's not a particularly good actress. It has some cheesy romance and some amateur action fights, but - it could be worse. It's a thriller, it's got the occasional action and romance and drama, and the final fight isn't half-bad. It's got explosions, gunfire, fist- and weapon fights, love, tragedy, hate, happiness, sacrifice, loss - all those elements you need for a decent piece, and the filmography is decent. It's just missing that all-star cast.
