Now this is how you do a witch movie! With a male. Who would've known. Though some call him Warlock.
I was impressed with the special effects at the beginning too.
Not as much towards the end. But I'm still impressed with their demeanor, and the character characters. The twentieth century ones as well as the... well the older ones.
Some cinematic bits aged better than others here, but the characters are all great.
Considering how dark some of the spells are, like the flying one made of child fat, or the aging mage thing, or the tongue bite in the beginning, I'm surprised at how family-friendly it all starts getting towards the end too.
It started waaay darker than I expected, then it ends like a soapy chick flick. Kinda.
Great actors anyway. Refreshingly different theme. If you're tired of what the world of film has to offer right now... maybe time for a swatch.
This was a refreshingly different watch.

This was pretty damn interesting. And yet, nobody's spoken! Be the first!
